Trust and safety

Built so neighbours can trust the numbers, and each other.

Shared money and shared walls need clear rules. These are the ones Natoor follows.

Money

Your money stays yours.

  • Natoor never holds, sends or receives money. You pay in cash, by Whish, OMT or bank, and the app keeps the record.
  • Two sides to every payment. A payment recorded by the fund keeper is confirmed by the person who paid.
  • Nothing is deleted. After approval or closing, records are locked; mistakes become visible corrections.
  • Big spends need a yes. Large or unusual expenses need an explicit yes from apartments holding most of the shares.
  • No marking your own homework. An admin involved in an expense can’t settle a dispute about it; another admin or a vote does.
  • Cash differences stay visible to everyone until they are resolved.
Privacy

Your building, not the world.

  • Building only. What you share is seen by your own building, not other buildings.
  • Hide your phone number from neighbours whenever you like.
  • Private messages stay private between the two people in them.
  • Never sold. We don’t sell your information, and ads never use it.
  • Leave any time. Delete your account from your profile; building money records stay, without your name.
Community

Good neighbours, enforced kindly.

  • Report and block any message, post, listing or person.
  • Admins and Natoor review reports and can hide content or remove people who break the rules.
  • Urgent alerts are protected. Admins can withdraw a false alarm and remove the right to send urgent alerts after misuse.
  • Emergencies come first. For fire, gas, smoke or security, Natoor shows the building’s emergency numbers before telling the neighbours.
