You pay the way you always have: cash, Whish, OMT or the bank. Natoor keeps the record, and the other person confirms it.
How we keep things safe →- Locked records. Once a period closes, nothing is changed. Mistakes are fixed with a correction everyone can see.
- Big spends need a yes. Large expenses are never approved by silence.
- Your building only. Neighbours see their own building, and you can hide your phone number.
- Report and block. Anyone can report a post or block a person, and it gets reviewed.

Is Natoor free?
Yes. The Natoor app is free for every resident and every building admin, with every feature. There are no fees and no card to enter.
Does Natoor take or move our money?
No. You keep paying the way you already do, in cash, by Whish, OMT or bank transfer. Natoor records the payment and the other person confirms it.
We are a management company. How do we start?
Get in touch through the contact page or at hello@natoor.app. We set up your company portal with you, and you sign in at manage.natoor.app. Your residents keep using the free app.
Some neighbours are not on their phones. Can they still take part?
Yes. The admin can add them as a neighbour without the app, record their payments and count their vote, and everyone sees it was done for them. A family member can also act for them.
Which languages does Natoor speak?
English, French and Arabic, with the whole app laid out right to left in Arabic. Each person chooses their own.
