Using Natoor

Natoor helps neighbours organise their building. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least the minimum age shown in the app for your country.

Your account

Keep access to your phone and email safe; actions taken from your account are treated as yours. Give your real name and a mobile number you control.

Money in Natoor

Natoor records shared expenses, dues and payments that neighbours enter and calculates balances. Natoor does not hold, send or receive money. Payments happen between neighbours and the fund keeper outside the app. Building admins and neighbours are responsible for the amounts they enter and approve. Natoor is not a bank, an accountant or a legal adviser.

What you post

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, misleading or that you have no right to share, and do not sell items that are banned (for example weapons or medicine). Building admins and Natoor may hide or remove content and remove people from a building when these rules are broken. Report anything that breaks them.

Swap & Share and the marketplace

Deals in Swap & Share are between neighbours. Businesses in the marketplace are checked by Natoor before they appear, but Natoor does not guarantee their work; agreements are between you and the business. Paid business plans never change ratings.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Natoor is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from how neighbours use the app or from decisions made in a building.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, the app will ask you to accept them again.
